Miami Beach: YIP, 1972. First edition. 4to, single sheet folded once. Offset printed on pink paper stock.
Early issue of the legendary phone phreaking zine, which was affiliated with the Yippies and would deeply influence the development of computer hacking in the following decades. This issue was a special issue published from the World's First Phone Phreak Convention in Miami Beach. This issue is notable for including a brief text on the plight of John draper, aka Captain Crunch, as well as a call to boycott war products.
A ragged example, with some fraying and toning to fore edge (though there is no less of image or text) and a couple old horizontal folds, but sturdy, complete, clean and approaching the neighborhood of very good. Item #31118
