Radical Software Vol. 1, No. 5
New York: Gordon & Breach, 1972. First edition. 4to, 120 pp, perfect bound in wraps.
The first issue of the periodical to be published by Gordon & Breach, and the first issue to not be issued in tabloid format. This issue prints a foreward by the members of Raindance corporation, announcing that with this issue they would be dispersing to different geographical areas and abandoning their physical location in NYC. A remarkable issue, including such delights as Paul Laffoley, who contributes a painting and an announcement by the Boston Visionary Cell that a New York Visionary Cell was being created, and other contributions by Dean Evenson, Olaf Stapledon, Tom Bender, Marjorie Kawin-Toomin, Manfred Mohr, John Sowaal, Merrily Paskal, David Graham, Warren Brodey, Peter Berg, Ann Arlen, Rudy Stern, and more.
Wraps rather rubbed, with an old price sticker to cover and a neatly written price in orange colored pencil to first page, but aside from the wear a solid, very good example. Item #30733
Price: $100.00
