A communique from Guerrilla headquarters from editor Newkirk, describing the Detroit riots and outlining plans for the revolutionary periodical. The cover sheet is a leaflet boldly printed with a Charles Olson quote from the Berkeley Poetry Conference, stating "Is there or is there not a great business conspiracy called the United States and Russia?"
