all issues published of Nannucci's important artists' periodical, produced from the Island of Elba, which took advantage of the wide ranging net of Nannucci's artistic friendships around the globe. Contributor's were invited to submit by mail, and no submissions were turned away. The format was consistently a single large sheet folded down, an economical way to produce such a beautiful periodical that could easily be mailed around the world and mirrored Nannucci's fascination with systems of correspondence. The later issues also listed the bookstores where the periodical could be had, a superb list of early artist book distribution sites.
With contributions across the issues from John Lennon & Yoko Ono ('A Love Letter From John and Yoko To People Who Ask Us What, When, and Why'), Robert Lax, COUM Transmissions, La Monte Young, On Kawarea, Jiri Kolar, Kathy Acker, Dick Higgins, Sol Lewitt, Terry Fox, Emmett Williams, James Lee Byars, General Idea, Adriano Spatola, Fobert Filliou, Brion Gysin, Christian Boltanski, Ida Appelbroog, Joseph Kosuth, Dieter Roth, Alighiero Boetti, Hans Peter Feldmann, Daniel Buren, Sandro Chia, Susan Harris, Steingrimur Eyfjord Kristmundsson, Robert Lax, Jackson Mac Low, Eliseo Mattiacci, Barry McCallion, Mario Merz, Franz Mon, Luigi Ontani, Lucio Pozzi, Markus Raetz, Ernesto Tatfiore, Gerhard Theewen, and many, many more.

This run shows toning, heavier to the last two issues, and also a faint and dissipating scent of tobacco smoke, otherwise complete and very good. Item #29641
