First edition of this text on China, signed by the IS but generally believed to be authored by Debord, likely helped with input by Rene Viénet, who refers to it in his foreward to The Chairman's New Clothes. Aaccording to the back panel, this was published as a supplement to the 11th issue of the Internationale Situationniste journal, but the pamphlet actually was published in August of that year, with the text then reprinted in that issue which followed by a couple months.
