Early issue of the proto-punk fanzine, which included Lisa Fancher on the staff. This issue has Bob Dylan on the cover, with a lengthy text on his work inside, as well as features on Sparks, The Move, Tom Bingham on Western Swing, etc. BUT the very best thing this issue is Art Schaak's superb psychogeographical account of Studio City in the text "Menace to Society."
