Girard, Kansas: Haldeman-Julius, 1925. 32mo, saddle-stapled in light blue green wraps printed in black. Gibbs 797, likely the first printing, in both the first state of the text and wrappers noted by the bibliographer.
We've been unable to find much information on Bender's identity. He wrote several other titles in the LBB series, mostly on African folklore.
Very good with toning, pronounced along the spine, and rubbing to the spine ends. Item #28774
