First edition of this remarkable early 19th century work of cartomancy and floral divination, in which each flower is assigned a meaning. An early work not only botanical divination, but of the "Language of Flowers", predating the work of Charlotte Latour.
Boards lightly rubbed at extremities, a few faint spots of foxing but quite clean within. Near fine. Item #28734
