Radical Software Vol. 2, No. 6. Video & Kids

New York: Gordon & Breach, 1974. First edition. 4to, 68 pp, perfect bound in wraps.

Radical Software - one of the most important periodicals of the 1970's - focused upon video art and other new media in art, theory, and activism, and sought to explore these new technologies away from corporate control and broadcast media. Under this ambitious program they covered a remarkable diversity of topics, including art, social movements and networks, ecological concerns, anthropology, information science, education, architecture, and more.

This is the final issue of the periodical, devoted to Video & Kids, and put together by Peter Haratonik and Kit Laybourne - a fitting coda to the project. Item #28713
