First edition of this remarkable work, one of the most fully fleshed standalone publications of the counter-culture at the end of the 1960's. The work was beautifully designed by Paul Lawson, and includes contributions from a wide swathe of the counter cultuer, including Tuli Kupferberg, Julian Beck, Kommune 1, Paul Watson, Stokely Carmichael, Simon Vinkenoog et al.

The book was considered to be issues 3-9 of the periodical Fire. Berke one of the founders of the Antiuniversity in Shoreditch, London - one of the most important 1960’s alternative education projects.This book was released shortly after the formation of the Antiuniversity in February of 1968.
