The Legend of Silbury Hill
New York: Dwan Gallery, 1970. Two part exhibition announcement, each half 3 3.16 x 11 1/8" inches, and printed on very thick cardboard stock.
The announcement is printed with the legend of the formation of the hill, a tale involving the ongoing fight between the towns of Marlborough and Devizes, the devil, walking, endurance, the real or supposed traces of distance, and the confounding of time and space, here brought into the circumference of a work of the work which was exhibited at the show, not named here, entitled "A Line the Length of a Straight Walk From the Bottom To the Top of Silbury Hill."
