With an introduction by Keith Richmond, and essays by Terence DuQuesne. Illustrated with photographs of the original performances, with additional Illustrations by Dwina Murphy-Gibb.

Landmark publication printing, for the first time, the complete scripts for the 7 invocations, first performed by Crowley at the end of 1910 at Caxton Hall, with Leila Waddell, Victor Neuberg, and Ione de Forest. Also collected is Crowley's rebuttal of the charges of blasphemy, which were originally published in the Bystander.

Fine in a very good jacket that shows creasing to upper margins, and short tears at the crown and upper tips. Item #27955
