Intrusions?

London: Faber & Faber, 1955. First edition. 8vo, 159 pp, bound in red cloth titled in yellow at the spine. No dust jacket. Includes index. With a foreward by Cecily Dunne.

The final work by the metaphysical explorer and fly fisherman, whose Work An Experiment With Time was an important influence on T. S. Eliot. The present work, an epistolary text which expands his concepts of serialism, failed to find as wide of a readership as his earlier works, and remains a singular and overlooked exploration of the nature of reality and dreams.

Faint withdrawn stamp to top edge, though no other library markings; old bookship ticket from Samuel Weiser's NYC days affixed to fep. Small ink stain to lower margin of several pages. A good only, but solid copy. Item #27590
