With a separate printed sheet listed contributors, as well as a call for submissions, all housed in the original mailing envelope addressed to a fellow mail artist and contributor to this iss of the periodical.

Brain Cell, one of the longest-running and ambitious assemblage and mail art periodicals, began in 1985. For each issue Cohen solicits contributions from all over the world and assembles them into a sheet which is mailed to participants.

This issue is a great one, and includes contributions from Firehose (yes, that Firehose, wow), Edgardo Antonio Vigo, Gabor Toth, Karl Riha, Vagrich Bakhchanyan, Anna Boschi, Ed Varney, Jose Cagide, Enrique Andres Perez, Dimensao, Ujazdowski Castle, Manuel Portela, and many more.
