Signed in plate by 19 members of the party; Anne Bedouin, Robert Benayoun, Andre Breton, Jacques Broute, Adrien Dax, Charles Flamand, Georges Goldfayn, Louis Janover, Alain Joubert, Gerard Legrand, Nora Mitrani, Benjamin Peret, Jose Pierre, Andre Pieyre de Mandiargues, Jacques Sautes, Jean Schuster, Jacques Senelier, Jean-Claude Silbermann, and Jean Claude Tertrais, followed with a note stating that Charles Estienne was in support of the text.
