[Healdsburg, CA]: [Zephyrus Image], nd. 5 1/2 x 8 1/2", black text overlayed onto a zinc print photographic image of the Pope & Co on brown card stock. Insignia print at verso reads "Christus Regnet."
According to Johnston, Teter's only explanation for the piece was "Christ Reigns", probably a play on the homonyms reign and rain. One of a number of printed works concerned with water in California, partially influenced by the post-Digger legacy of the idea of Bioregions. A talismanic object for the new drought years.
