np: Sparrow, nd [c. 1993?]. Square 32mo, pp, discarded and appropriated sections of used postal envelopes saddle-stitched, with the poems on each page printed on separate pieces of paper and tipped in.
Artist book by this member of the Unbearables in conjunction with the infamous occupation of the offices of the New Yorker. The colophon reads "Sparrow wrote these poems while he and 3 other poets occupied the offices of the New Yorker on Dec. 7, 1993, demanding that the magazine publish their poetry. The occupation lasted 17 minutes." Most online sources state that the occupation happened in 1995 - including his bio at his publisher's page, softskull - so you tell us why the book is dated 1993.
