Description

4to. French fold wraps illustrated and designed by Tyler Parker. Denoted as a review copy in holograph note to first blank, with Bern Porter's Berkeley address and a request for any reviews, as well as the price of the signed edition. Lower tip bumped, extremities rubbing and chipped, 1/2" hole to rear panel, still a very good copy. The first edition of this early, long poem by Tyler, published during the time when he was co-editor, along with Charles Henri Ford, of View. William Carlos Williams once said that it was "the best long poem in English since the Waste Land." It also a great and early exploration of homosexuality and cinema.
