7 1/4 x 10" sheet, photographically illustrated at recto, with text at verso. Folded twice for mailing with a strip of toning to verso; near fine. The original call for entries for this mail art project held to mark the 50th anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima in conjunction with a performance between Shimamoto and Dennis Banks. The recto of the sheet is illustrated with a black and white photograph of the back of Shimamoto's head, and the recipient is urged to "add your art on my head in the opposite side of this paper and return to me." Scarce ephemera documenting an important project.
