8vo. unpaginated. Offset printed on graph paper and spiral bound in thick printed card covers, designed by Eleanor Antin. Illustrated with drawings. Inscribed by David Antin inside front cover, with the name of both addressee's (Harry and Barbara Lewis) written on front cover in his hand. Some minor toning to extremities, still near fine. The first edition of this artists book, designed by Eleanor Antin in the style of a small notebook. Released in the same year as Autobiography.

We grade all books to AB Bookman's standards, and strive to describe all faults. Fine is our highest grade. Following traditional bookselling terminology, moral law, and our patron saint of bookselling terminology John Carter, the term "first edition" indicates the first printing of an edition.

Shipping Terms

Domestic shipping is $6 for priority mail, and $1.00 for each additional item, or $4 for media mail for any amount of books. International shipping is at cost, but generally $16 for the first book, and $5 for each additional book. If your book is heavy, oversized, or a higher price item, we may request more money to cover shipping costs.Whenever possible we will refund shipping overages.
