4to. (12) leaves mimeographed on rectos only and side-stapled in in illustrated card wraps. Association Copy, insribed by Keith Abbott to Steve Carey inside rear wrap with a full page drawing: "This copy is for Steve Carey August 24 1971.". A great association. Carey was involved with the production of Blue Suede Shoes, and Abbott went on to write Carey's autobiogaphy. A very good copy toned at wrap extremities. Clay & Phillips p. 265.
