Association copy, inscribed by the author to Alice Notley: "For Alice with Love Reed." Some indenting to cover from being stacked with other stapled mimeos, very faint footprint tread still visible to rear cover (not from either of us), some other minor traces of soiling, still, about very good. all faults. Fine is our highest grade. Following traditional
bookselling terminology, moral law, and our patron saint of bookselling
terminology John Carter, the term "first edition" indicates the first
printing of an edition.
We welcome your questions, missives,

wants. New stock is invariably quoted to our existing customers who
have notified us of their interests before it appears on our website.

Books may be returned within a week of receipt for any reason. Advance
notice is appreciated.
We accept major credit cards, Paypal, or domestic checks.
Shipping Terms
Domestic shipping is $6 for priority mail, and $1.00 for each
additional item, or $4 for media mail for any amount of books.
International shipping is at cost, but generally $16 for the first
book, and $5 for each additional book. If your book is heavy,
oversized, or a higher price item, we may request more money to cover
shipping costs.Whenever possible we will refund shipping overages.
